It's Neji!!! 
Well I originally drew this for my little brother whose favourite character is Neji.
This took me about 15 minutes to draw, which is a bit pathetic.
My brother is obessed about Neji having a big bulge so he can 'impress' Tenten. So don't blame me if 'it' looks to big.
